2nd Place in the 2022 GP2 Championship

I’m really pleased to finish the 2022 GP2 Championship in 2nd place. It has been a great year starting the season strong with a 1st place finish at the opening round at Silverstone. We then had some good battles for the next couple of rounds but unfortunately a few DNFs being taken out hindered a championship charge as the season progressed. The last couple of rounds we dug deep even when our pace wasn’t as strong as it had been earlier in the year, but consistency certainly paid off and it feels great to take 2nd in the championship. As a whole, we stepped it up another level from last year building on the 5th place finish we had in 2021. Of course it wouldn’t be possible to compete at this level without the support from the team Go Racing Developments and all the individuals that make up the team including: Mum & Dad who have continued to invest an immense amount of time, energy and financial support in me, Mark Sadler (Go Racing Developments), Barkerz (Race mechanic) who is there to fix every problem and always believes in me, Paige for being there and picking up all the pieces when at the race weekends and Ollie who is always running around making sure everything is in order so the weekend can run as smoothly as possible. The final thank you has to go to everyone else that has supported me at the track and away from it, and all my sponsors who also continue to push with me to the top. Thank you all!
